Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer with 1+ year of experience for a night shift position at an acute care hospital in Oklahoma City, OK.

Details

• Hospital-based ultrasound department
• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• EMR: Epic
• Preferred experience in Vascular, OB/GYN, General, Neonatal Heads, and Transcranial Dopplers

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent sonography experience
• Required certifications: BLS, RDMS, RVT
• License required if applicable
• All certifications must be active with no expirations within the first 30 days of the assignment unless documented renewal is scheduled
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required; Canadian SINs are not accepted
• No gaps in employment of 90+ days within the past 12 months
• Proficiency in safety/risk management, communication management, and staying current with department practices and new technology

Additional Information

• Black scrubs required
• Up to 5 days of RTO is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but subject to a reduced bill rate
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before a 1-year separation or relocation to a facility outside the 50-mile radius is required
• This facility has earned a Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade of 'A'
