Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a home health position in the Washington Court House, OH region, requiring at least 1 year of acute care PT experience.

Details

Home health setting serving the Washington Court House, OH region
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
On-call required approximately one weekend every two months
13-week contract

Requirements

Ohio PT state license or Ohio Compact Privileges required (license required if applicable)
Minimum 1 year of experience as a PT in an acute care setting
Home care experience desired
Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance with candidate listed as a driver
Strong communication skills with the ability to create positive impressions with patients, families, physicians, and co-workers
Ability to make sound clinical PT judgments and identify appropriate solutions
Detail-oriented, observant, and disciplined with strong prioritization and time management skills

Additional Information

2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
