Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Home Health position requiring a VA or Compact RN license and at least one year of acute care experience.

Details

• Home health setting with patient care provided in the community or patient homes
• Monday through Friday, day shift schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• 5x8-hour shifts per week
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active VA state RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in an acute care setting
• Home care experience desired but not required
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance with the candidate listed as a driver
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive rapport with patients, families, physicians, and colleagues
• Ability to exercise sound nursing judgment and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
