Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an IMC (Intermediate Care) position requiring telemetry, vent, and transplant experience across both an Acute Med/Progressive Care unit and a Thoracic unit.
Details
- Works across two IMC units: D6/5 (Acute Med/Progressive Care) and B4/3 (Thoracic)
- Patient population includes oncology, cardiac, and PCU/stepdown-level acuity
- Ventilator and transplant patient cases are part of the caseload
- Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3x12-hour shifts
- Schedule spans Monday through Friday with every other weekend required
- Holiday coverage is required
Requirements
- Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Prior telemetry experience with oncology, cardiac, and PCU/DOU/IMC/stepdown patient populations required
- Ventilator and transplant experience required
Additional Information
- Must pass a telemetry competency test prior to starting the assignment
- 13-week contract
