Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week night shift contract in a high-volume CT/Radiology department with significant stroke, coronary, and trauma cases.
Details
- Work in a CT/Radiology department within an acute care hospital setting
- High-volume caseload including stroke, coronary, and trauma cases
- Will also work in the Emergency Room (ER)
- Schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour night shifts)
- 3 shifts per week, 36 hours per week
- No on-call required
- Floating is required — travelers are first to float, with the possibility of floating to sister campuses located within 15–20 minutes of the primary facility
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience required
- Prior travel experience highly preferred
- FL state license required if applicable
- ARRT certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
Additional Information
- Travelers are expected to function as core staff and integrate into the unit culture — flexibility and a team-player attitude are essential
- Interview process includes a manager direct interview via HWL Prescreen
- All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of consideration and will not be approved after an offer is made
- Block scheduling requests are not accepted
- Orientation requires an in-person visit to the facility for badge/ID issuance
- A complete DOB, SSN, and DL are required for consideration
- All required documents must be submitted by the Monday prior to the contract start date — no exceptions for pending documents
