Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel contract at an acute care hospital in Somerset, KY, with an 11:00 AM–7:30 PM shift and every other weekend requirement.
Details
- Work in the Operating Room (OR) of a 295-bed acute care facility in Somerset, KY
- Facility serves an 11-county region in south central Kentucky and offers cardiac care, advanced neurosurgery, and a Spine Center-accredited program
- Shift hours are 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Every other weekend required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active RN license in KY or a compact state license currently in hand
- AHA certifications required prior to start date
- Minimum 1–2 years of OR nursing experience
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
- Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
