Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week night shift travel contract at a Magnet-designated, Level I trauma teaching hospital in Washington state, requiring Siemens experience and ARRT certification.

Details

• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, with variable days of the week
• 2 on-call shifts required per month
• Epic EMR — experience required (hard stop)
• Floating within clinical scope to meet facility needs may be required
• Block scheduling is not available for this position

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience required
• At least 2 travel assignments beyond initial hospital experience required
• Active ARRT (R) certification and current BLS required
• Active Washington state Radiology license required — pending license not accepted; license required if applicable
• Siemens equipment experience required
• COVID vaccination and booster required — no exceptions
• Teaching hospital and Level I trauma experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience preferred

• Position is located at a 500-bed Magnet-designated, Level I trauma, academic teaching hospital
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rates with no radius restriction
• Former employees of the UW health system must have been separated from the facility for at least 18 months before being eligible to return as a traveler
• RTO cannot be requested during orientation week; time off requests should be kept to a minimum
• Solid color scrubs are acceptable; light blue scrubs are also provided on the unit
• On-site parking is available at varying daily rates; a lower-cost offsite parking option (~1 mile away) is available on weekdays with a 10-minute shuttle running from 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM Monday through Friday
