Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Front of House Supervisor role in Surgical Services, requiring 5 years of sterile processing experience and an active MA RN license.

Details

• Hospital-based Surgical Services department
• Supervises customer service operations for operating rooms, including dispatch, OR Liaisons, and CPD Assistants
• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; no weekends, no holidays
• 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• Active CRCST (by IAHCSMM) or CSPDT (by ASHCSP) certification required; must be current and maintained with required CEUs
• Minimum 5 years of sterile processing experience, with at least 2 years as an OR liaison or educator
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Must speak fluent English
• Valid, non-expired driver's license required
• 2 professional references required: at least one must be manager-level or above (listed as Manager, not Supervisor), one must include a performance evaluation within the last 12 months, and the second may be within the last 3 years; references from other travelers are not accepted

• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but will be considered at a local rate
