Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position requiring craniotomy and burr hole experience across neuro/spine, ortho/trauma, and general/robotics/trauma specialties.

Details

• Position is located in an acute care hospital Operating Room
• Surgical specialties include neuro/spine, ortho/trauma, and general/robotics/trauma cases
• Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Schedule runs Monday/Tuesday/Thursday or Tuesday/Thursday/Friday with call and late days as required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active TX RN license or compact RN license required
• Craniotomy and burr hole experience are required
• 2 supervisory references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration
• All required certifications must be current and on file

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 150 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
• The facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, which includes marijuana — a positive result will result in automatic cancellation with no exceptions
• Candidates should avoid any substances that could cause a positive drug screen, including CBD products, prior to and upon arrival
• Required years of experience as listed are firm and non-negotiable
