Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a night shift travel contract requiring BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC, and recent Epic experience.
Details
- Emergency Department (ED) setting
- Night shift schedule: 3x12 or 4x12 hours, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association) required
- Current NIHSS and TNCC certifications required
- Minimum 3 years of ER nursing experience required
- Recent experience in the ER specialty within the last 3 months required
- Recent Epic EMR experience required
- Active, unrestricted license with no prior license hits
- 2 supervisor references required — one from within the past year and one from within the past 2 years
- Date of birth (DOB) and Social Security Number (SSN) required for consideration

- RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer for this assignment — requests exceeding 5 days will result in disqualification
- All employment gaps of 1 month or longer must be documented and explained in your work history
- Skills checklist must be specialty-specific and completed within the past year
