Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Tech) for a pediatric echocardiography position, requiring active professional licensure and relevant certifications.
Details
- Pediatric echocardiography unit within a hospital setting
- 4x10 hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
- Floating within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate facility is required for all travelers
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active professional license required if applicable
- Active BLS required; AHA and Red Cross accepted — RQI AHA cards are not accepted
- Relevant cardiac sonography certifications must be active at time of consideration
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- Local candidates are accepted for this position
- Candidates must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays
- Former permanent or PRN employees of the Memorial Hospital System must have been separated for at least 12 months before applying as a traveler
- Travel pairs are not accepted
- RTO requests exceeding 5 non-holiday days require facility approval
