Description
American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Medical ICU position in Worcester, MA, requiring a MA RN license and ICU experience with night shift availability.
Details
- Medical ICU (MICU) unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Scheduling is based on unit needs; block schedules cannot be accommodated
- Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
- Floating to other adult ICUs required as needed
- Charting via Epic EMR
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience highly preferred; candidates with less experience will still be considered
- Must reside more than 200 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
- Two professional references required, with at least one from a Nurse Manager or higher
- Active, clear nursing license with no prior disciplinary actions
Additional Information
- A pass/fail EKG test is required
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
