Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neuro ICU position requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and an active AZ or compact RN license.
Details
- Night shift position, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- 13-week contract with 36 hours per week
- Neuro ICU unit in a hospital setting
- Scheduling is not self-directed — must be available to work any day of the week
Requirements
- Active AZ or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and CPI (Prevention First — a 30-minute on-demand video available at crisisprevention.com for approximately $25)
- All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration
- Social Security number (full SSN preferred; last 4 digits acceptable), driver's license, and date of birth required for consideration
- One professional reference required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
- Candidates who have previously worked for Tenet Healthcare as a permanent employee must obtain MSP approval prior to consideration
- RTO requests should be kept to fewer than 7 days for the duration of the contract
