Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position in an Acute Medicine Unit, working 12-hour night shifts with a 13-week contract in Georgia.

Details

• Acute Medicine Unit (Med/Surg) in a hospital setting
• 12-hour night shifts, scheduled 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• 3 shifts per week
• 13-week contract
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active RN license — Georgia (GA) or Compact license required
• AHA certifications required and must not be expired
• Driver's License required for consideration
• Med/Surg or acute care nursing experience required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• EMR experience should be documented for each position in work history
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is extended
• Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a minimum 2-year break before being eligible
• First-time travelers are not explicitly excluded, but acute care experience is expected
