Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position working 12-hour night shifts at a hospital setting in Georgia, with candidates required to reside more than 50 miles from the facility.

Details

• Work setting is an Acute Medicine / Progressive Care Unit (PCU) within a hospital
• 12-hour night shifts, 7pm–7am, with a variable schedule
• 3 shifts per week
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Georgia (GA) or Compact RN license required
• Current AHA certifications required (must not be expired)
• Progressive care or PCU nursing experience required
• Driver's License required for consideration
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• EMR experience should be noted on work history; listing EMR systems used at each prior position is expected
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted
• Former permanent staff who return as travel nurses must have a 2-year break from the facility before being eligible
• No local candidates within a 50-mile radius will be considered
