Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week night shift travel contract in Vacaville, CA, requiring a valid CA RN license and at least one year of recent critical care experience.

Details

• ICU (Intensive Care Unit) setting at a hospital in Vacaville, CA
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• At least 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent ICU or critical care RN experience required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration — pending credentials not accepted
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• BSN or related degree preferred
• 2 years of recent ICU experience preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred
• CCRN preferred
• Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent experience preferred

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted and are eligible for the same rate as travel candidates
• Candidates who have worked as a contingent worker with Kaiser Permanente may not exceed a cumulative two years of assignment time without a 90-day consecutive break in service
