Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of CT experience and ARRT (R)(CT) certification for a 13-week night shift assignment in an acute care hospital setting.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting with 218 beds
• CT Scan unit serving patients of all age groups
• Night shift, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, five 8-hour shifts per week
• Every other weekend required
• No call or standby requirement
• No floating required
• Epic EMR used in this position

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience required
• Current BLS, ARRT (R), and ARRT (CT) certifications required
• IV skills required
• License required if applicable
• Driver's License required for consideration
• Skills checklist completed within the past year required for consideration
• Two references required for consideration: one supervisor reference and one peer or additional supervisor reference

Additional Information

• Black scrubs required; jacket must be uniform — no hoodies
• Department-specific orientation provided by Lead Tech
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from this WVU facility to be eligible
• Travelers who have previously worked at any WVU Medicine location must have taken a 2-year break before reapplying
• Travelers may not work within WVU Medicine for longer than one cumulative year without a 2-year break
• First-time travelers are not explicitly excluded, but 2 years of CT experience is required
