Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a critical need ICU position in Vacaville, CA, requiring an active CA RN license and at least one year of recent ICU experience.

Details

• 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; all licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration — pending credentials not accepted
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time ICU experience (within the last 3 years)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• BSN or related degree preferred
• 2 years of recent ICU experience preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred
• CCRN preferred
• Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent experience preferred

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted and receive the same rate as traveling candidates
• Per Kaiser Permanente's HR Tenure Policy, contingent workers may not exceed two years of total assignment time without taking at least 90 consecutive days off, regardless of whether assignments were continuous or included short gaps of less than three months
