Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position in Milwaukee, WI, requiring at least 2 years of experience and night shift availability with every-other-weekend and every-other-holiday coverage.

Details

• Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting at a hospital in Milwaukee, WI
• Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
• Every-other-weekend (EOW) and every-other-holiday (EOH) rotation required
• May float within the ICU (including Neuro ICU and Burn ICU) based on skill set, as well as to Med/Surg or IMC assignments when needed
• Floating to off-site locations within 40 miles may be required
• Uses Epic EMR
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (both must be AHA-issued)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address

Additional Information

• CVICU and Neuro ICU experience is preferred but not required — patient assignments will be matched to individual skill sets
• Candidates must provide a copy of their Driver's License, 2 professional references, and copies of all certifications and license verifications for consideration
• Full Social Security Number and full date of birth are required for consideration
