Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for a 12-week Case Management assignment requiring at least 1 year of care management experience and an active WI or compact RN license.
Details
- Case Management unit in a hospital setting
- Day shift schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 12-week contract
- May be required to float within skill set on-site or to facilities within 40 miles
Requirements
- Active WI or compact RN license required
- BLS certification required (AHA-issued)
- Minimum 1 year of care management experience required
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
Additional Information
- Provide care management services within the Case Management unit
