Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for a 12-week Case Management assignment requiring a WI or compact RN license and prior care management experience.
Details
- Hospital-based Case Management unit
- Day shift schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 12-week contract
- Floating may be required within skill set to other onsite units or to facilities within 40 miles
Requirements
- Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- BLS certification required (AHA-issued)
- Minimum 1 year of RN case management or care management experience
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
- Driver's license required for consideration
- Two professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provides care management services within a hospital Case Management unit
- Local candidates are eligible to apply, though a radius rule may affect the pay rate structure depending on distance from the facility
- COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position
