Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) for an outpatient care setting in Ohio, with ARRT (R) certification and experience in diagnostic radiography required.

Details

• Outpatient care setting in an X-Ray department
• Performs diagnostic X-ray examinations and assists with C-arm procedures for spinal and urology cases
• Uses Siemens Xpree equipment and OEC C-arms
• 5x8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, with varied start times ranging from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM based on department needs
• Possible every-other-weekend rotation (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)

Requirements

• Active ARRT (R) certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience performing diagnostic radiography in a hospital setting
• License required if applicable
• 2 professional references required for consideration: at least 1 must be from a Manager, Director, or formal leadership role (e.g., Supervisor); a Charge RN is acceptable as a second reference; co-worker references are not accepted

Additional Information

• Experience with Siemens imaging equipment and OEC C-arms is preferred
• Collaborates with radiologists, physicians, and the multidisciplinary care team to deliver timely and accurate imaging services
• Local candidates are accepted
• Former facility employees are eligible for a travel assignment after being away from the facility for 6 months or more
• Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted with your application and is limited to 7 days or fewer for the contract period
• All candidates are required to complete an Ohio fingerprinting process promptly upon accepting an assignment; candidates outside Ohio will need to travel to an in-state fingerprinting location or complete a mailed packet upon receipt
