Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist with prior travel experience, Epic proficiency, and a minimum of Level 3 trauma facility background for a night shift contract at a short-term acute care hospital in Portland, OR.

Details

• Short-term acute care hospital setting with 418 staffed beds
• CT Scan unit with a 1:1 patient ratio
• 4x10-hour night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• One Saturday overnight shift per week required
• No on-call requirement
• GE scanners used on-site
• Epic EMR used; experience is required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience required
• Prior travel nursing/allied health experience required
• Acute care hospital experience required
• Experience at a Level 3 trauma facility (at minimum) required
• Direct patient care within the last year required
• Proficiency with GE scanners required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Active state license required if applicable
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting required for consideration
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Candidates must disclose any prior work history at a Providence facility (location and dates) at the time of consideration
• Minimal RTO is preferred for this position
• Scrubs of any color are acceptable
