Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Coronary Care ICU (CICU) position requiring 2+ years of Cardiac ICU experience and Epic proficiency at a Level II trauma center.

Details

• Work in a 12-bed Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU)
• Patient population includes overflow from Medical ICU, rapid response team (RRT) distress cases, and other critical care diagnoses
• Rotating 7A/7P shift schedule (12-hour shifts)
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday coverage required per unit need
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active MD or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience required
• Experience at a Level II trauma center required
• Experience at a comparable large facility (500+ bed count) required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Active licensure documentation required for consideration
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing to cardiac and overflow ICU patients in a high-acuity setting
