Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Cath Lab/EP RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Ohio, requiring a minimum of 3 years of Cath Lab experience and Epic proficiency.

Details

• Cath Lab setting within a hospital environment, including diagnostic and PCI (Level 2 lab), EP Lab, Vascular Angiogram, and IR (simple procedures)
• Patient population includes those diagnosed with AMI, STEMI, NSTEMI, heart arrhythmias, EP devices, PAD, and PVD
• Specialized equipment includes Impella, IABP, temporary pacemaker, Shockwave, DFR, IVUS, and FFR
• Epic EMR experience is required
• Day shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
• Call required: one night per week and every 4th weekend

Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license or a Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications required: ACLS and BLS
• CCI RCIS certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab experience required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• Two professional references required: at least one from a Manager, Director, or formal leadership role (e.g., Supervisor); a Charge RN is acceptable as the second reference; coworker references are not accepted

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted
• Former employees of the facility are eligible for a travel assignment after a minimum 6-month separation from the facility
• Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of consideration and is limited to 7 days or fewer for the contract period
• Ohio state fingerprinting is required and must be completed promptly after accepting the position; candidates outside Ohio will need to travel to an Ohio fingerprinting location or will receive a mailed fingerprinting packet to be completed urgently upon receipt
• Parking is available on-site through CampusParc with multiple permit options at varying price points
