Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist for an Interventional Radiology unit, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and current ACLS, BLS, and RCIS certifications.

Details

• Interventional Radiology unit within an acute care hospital setting
• 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Weekend availability required
• On-call is required, with approximately 12–13 call days per 6-week period; weekday call hours are 5:30 PM – 7:00 AM, and weekend call runs from 5:30 PM Friday through 7:00 AM Monday on a rotating team schedule
• No floating within or between facilities required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and RCIS certifications required
• Strong clinical background in interventional/cardiac catheterization lab procedures required
• License required if applicable
• Two professional references required for consideration
• PDF copies of a valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but will be placed at a reduced pay rate
• Pending state licenses are not accepted
• Maximum of 1 RTO request allowed during the contract
• Block scheduling cannot be accommodated
