Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele/PCU Night Shift position requiring a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience and strong MS/Tele background.
Details
- Hospital Med/Surg Telemetry and PCU setting
- Adult med-surg, PCU, and cardiac/med-surg telemetry patient population
- Night shift schedule: 7p–7a, 3x12-hour shifts per week
- Defined workweek runs Sunday at 12:01am through Saturday at 11:59pm
Requirements
- Active NH RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required
- Strong Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
Additional Information
- Responsible for direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process across all assigned areas
- Performs patient assessments upon admission including medical history interviews, vital signs, lab work, and review of diagnostic tests
- Participates in the planning and implementation of written care plans under physician direction
- COVID-19 vaccination not required for this position
