Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Critical Care Float position requiring multi-ICU experience and AHA-certified BLS and ACLS.

Details

• Hospital-based critical care float position covering multiple ICU units
• Patient populations include Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic ICU, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery, IMC/Progressive, and general care
• Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Some holiday coverage required

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current AHA-issued BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience across multiple ICU unit types required (e.g., Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery)
• Experience with IMC/Progressive and general care populations required
• Must pass a telemetry competency test prior to start

Additional Information

• Float role covering a range of critical care and intermediate care environments
• Telemetry test must be completed and passed before being cleared to begin the assignment
