Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel contract requiring craniotomy and burr hole experience across Neuro/Spine, Ortho/Trauma, and General/Robotics/Trauma surgical specialties.
Details
- Operating Room (OR) setting within a hospital environment
- Surgical specialties include Neuro/Spine, Ortho/Trauma, and General/Robotics/Trauma cases
- Day shift schedule, with hours from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- 3x12-hour shifts preferred; 4x10-hour shifts may be considered
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active TX RN license or a Compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS certification required
- Craniotomy and burr hole surgical experience are required
- OR experience across Neuro/Spine, Ortho/Trauma, and/or General/Robotics/Trauma required
- Two supervisory references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates residing within 150 miles of the facility are considered local and may not be eligible for travel pay rates
- The facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, including testing for marijuana and CBD products; a positive result will result in automatic cancellation with no exceptions
- Candidates should avoid any substances that could result in a positive drug screen, including CBD products, prior to and during the assignment
