Pros
I’ve had a great experience working with my recruiter at American Traveler. She is incredibly prompt and clear with her communication, and she’s always taken the time to walk me through any questions or concerns I had. She explains everything with confidence and professionalism, which has made the entire process much less stressful. Her responsiveness and ability to provide clear answers have given me confidence that she’ll continue to advocate for me and deliver throughout my assignment. I truly appreciate her support and would recommend working with her. In addition, the credentialing specialist has been helpful and communicative in setting up any medical screening with minimal stress.
Cons
While the customer service is great, the agency itself doesn’t support onboarding orientation or medical screening financially. So I would advise to set aside some money to cover those bills until your contract starts.
