Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Critical Care Float position requiring multi-ICU experience and AHA-certified BLS and ACLS.

Details

• Hospital critical care float pool setting, covering multiple ICU units
• Patient populations include Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic ICU, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery, and IMC/Progressive/General care
• Day/Evening shifts, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00–19:30
• 8- and 12-hour shift variations
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday coverage required

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current AHA-issued BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience across multiple ICU specialties required (e.g., Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery)
• Experience with IMC, Progressive, and General care patient populations required
• Must pass a Telemetry test prior to start

Additional Information

• Float assignment covering a range of critical care and progressive care units
• Telemetry competency test must be completed and passed before clearance to begin the assignment
