Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week acute care assignment requiring 2+ years of experience, ARRT(R) certification, and Cerner EMR proficiency.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting within the imaging/radiology department
• 12-hour shifts, primarily evenings (3:00 PM–11:30 PM or 4:00 PM–12:30 AM), with some overnight shifts depending on staffing needs
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• On-call required during off-shift hours Monday through Friday and on a weekend rotation
• First to float per facility policy
• Cerner EMR used in this position

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• BSN required
• Active ARRT(R), CRT, Fluoroscopy permit, and BLS certifications required — pending certifications will not be accepted
• Active state or compact (NLC) licensure required — pending licenses will not be accepted (license required if applicable)
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
• Valid driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• All MyJourney modules must be completed prior to arrival — candidates who have not completed all modules will be pushed back with no exceptions
• Candidates may not have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facility within the past year; candidates employed PRN through outside staffing firms will be considered
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility if based in AZ, NV, NE, IA, or MN, or at least 60 miles from the facility if based in CO, KS, or UT — permanent address as shown on driver's license is used to determine eligibility
