Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist who must be ARRT (R)(CT) certified and able to independently perform both CT and diagnostic X-ray exams across a variety of radiology procedures.

Details

• Work in a diagnostic radiology department performing CT and general X-ray imaging
• Procedures include all diagnostic radiology exams, OR and fluoroscopy cases, interventional cases, trauma, and portable studies
• Equipment includes GE and Konica imaging systems
• Documents in Meditech with Centricity PACS
• Schedule includes rotating work shifts with on-call coverage, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience in all aspects of diagnostic radiology, including OR, fluoroscopy, interventional, trauma, and portable cases
• Meditech and PACS experience required
• Minimum 6 months of experience within the last 6 months in the CT/radiology field
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• License required if applicable

• Independently perform CT exams, diagnostic X-rays, and a full range of radiology procedures
• Exceptional customer service and patient experience skills are expected
• Black scrubs required
• Professional references are required — two references for candidates licensed in Florida or Missouri; one reference for all other states
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
