Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Santa Clara, CA, requiring an active CA RN license and at least 1 year of recent L&D experience.
Details
- 13-week contract in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit in Santa Clara, CA
- Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
- 36 hours per week
- Epic EMR in use
Requirements
- Active California RN license required — pending licensure not accepted
- Current certifications required: BLS and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) — must be active at time of consideration
- Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent L&D experience within the last 3 years
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- BSN or related degree preferred
- 5+ years of recent L&D experience (within the last 2 years) preferred
- 1 year of high-risk L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred
- High-risk OB experience preferred
Additional Information
- Local candidates are accepted — local and travel rates are the same
- Per Kaiser Permanente's HR Tenure Policy, contingent workers who have worked on assignment(s) totaling two years (with no single break of 3+ months in between) must take a 90-day break before returning to a Kaiser assignment
