Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel assignment, requiring strong neuro skills and at least 1 year of recent OR experience.
Details
- Hospital operating room setting
- 10-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Epic EMR in use
Requirements
- Active OR RN license in the state of Oregon required at time of consideration — no pending licenses accepted
- Active BLS certification required at time of consideration — no pending certifications accepted
- Minimum 1 year of recent full-time OR experience within the last 3 years
- Strong neuro skills required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- CNOR preferred
- ACLS preferred
- 3–5 years of OR circulating and scrubbing experience preferred
- Pre-op area skills preferred
- IV start skills preferred
- BSN or related field preferred
- Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Local candidates are accepted — the local rate is the same as the travel rate
- Travelers who have previously worked on assignment at this facility may not exceed two cumulative years without a 90-day break, regardless of whether assignments were continuous or included gaps of less than three months
