Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week night shift travel contract requiring a CA RN license, 4 years of experience, and flexibility to float across multiple inpatient units.
Details
- Hospital-based ICU position with float requirements to SDICU, Telemetry, and Med Surg units
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:00
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call requirement
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS
- Minimum 4 years of ICU nursing experience required
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify for travel rates
- 2 supervisor references obtained within the past year required for consideration
Additional Information
- Float responsibilities include ICU, SDICU, Telemetry, and Med Surg inpatient units
- Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Only 1 holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the contract
