Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Care Coordinator (Case Management) position at a Level II acute care teaching hospital, requiring at least 1 year of experience and an active PA or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in the Care Coordinator/Social Services unit of a 261-bed acute care, Level II teaching hospital
- Patient caseload of 15–20 patients
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–16:30)
- Weekends are not required, but weekend availability is an option
- No on-call requirements
- Charting is performed in Epic
Requirements
- Active PA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand (pending licensure not accepted)
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
Additional Information
- 13-week contract
- Candidates who have previously worked at any Main Line Health location must disclose the location(s) and dates of employment when applying
- Time off requests must be submitted at the time of initial application and are subject to manager's discretion
- Wine-colored scrubs preferred but not mandatory
