Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at a critical access teaching hospital, requiring CT and X-ray proficiency and Epic EMR experience.
Details
- Critical access, teaching hospital setting with 25 staffed beds and no trauma designation
- CT Scan unit with potential to float between departments and facilities within the state
- Patient ratio of 10:1
- Performs both CT and X-ray procedures
- Charting via Epic EMR
- 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- No on-call, weekend, or block schedule requirements
- No parking fee
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
- Proficiency in both CT and X-ray required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Active CT and X-ray Technologist license (license required if applicable)
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers will be considered for this position
- All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- RTO is expected to be minimal for this position
- Any color scrubs are acceptable
