Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a minimum of 5 years of RN experience and active ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, and NRP certifications.
Details
- Labor and Delivery unit within a hospital setting
- Required experience in both Labor & Delivery and Mother Baby settings
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (18:00–06:00)
- Weekend rotation required
- Labor Day holiday coverage required
- Floating within scope of practice to meet facility needs as needed
- EMR: Meditech Expanse
Requirements
- Active IN RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand — pending state licensure is not accepted
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (Beginner)
- Minimum 5 years of RN experience required
- Experience in both Labor & Delivery and Mother Baby settings required
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers may be considered depending on overall experience
- Local candidates within an 80-mile radius of the facility are accepted at a local rate
- RTO requests must be submitted more than one week in advance
