Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ER RN for a night shift travel assignment requiring an active Oregon RN license and ACLS/TNCC/BLS certification.

Details

• Emergency Department setting within a critical access hospital
• Night shift, three 12-hour shifts weekly from 19:00 to 07:00
• Weekend shifts required
• May float to Med-Surg as needed; OB experience is a plus for float coverage
• Locals accepted at the same rate as travelers

Requirements

• Active Oregon RN license required in hand (pending license accepted with proof of application submitted)
• Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and TNCC
• NIHSS and NRP certifications preferred but not required
• Must be able to float between ER and Med-Surg units as needed

Additional Information

• Facility is a 25-bed critical access hospital with Level 4 trauma designation
• Scrub color and pattern are flexible
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; RTO requests made after an offer will not be approved
• Maximum of 5 RTO days allowed, with only one holiday off approved
• Previous employees must have a break of at least one year before returning as a traveler
