Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) position requiring strong LTAC skills including trach, vent, and drip management with night shift availability.

Details

  • Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital setting
  • Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
  • Every other weekend (EOW) required
  • Patient ratios of 1:5-6, consistent with LTAC care standards
  • Patient population requires tracheostomy care, mechanical ventilation, and IV drip management

Requirements

  • Active RN license — Missouri (MO) or Compact license currently in hand
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum 2 years of recent and strong LTAC experience required
  • Proficiency with tracheostomy care, mechanical ventilators, and IV drips required

Whether it’s my recruiter, Amanda, or Iranna from payroll, I always get a quick response when I have a question. It’s nice working with a team that actually follows up and keeps you in the loop. Amanda has been awesome throughout my assignment. She checks in regularly with a call or text just to see how things are going and make sure I don’t need anything. That level of support has really stood out to me. I’m rly happy I chose American Traveler for my first assignment, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
