Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a night shift Operating Room position at a high-acuity, inner-city Level 1 trauma center, requiring prior travel experience and strong neuro and vascular OR skills.
Details
- Operating Room (OR) unit within a high-acuity, inner-city Level 1 trauma center
- Complex and high-volume trauma surgical cases, including neuro and vascular procedures
- Night shift, 12 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
- 4 weekend shifts required per month
- Holiday and on-call shift coverage required
- Block scheduling is not available for this position
Requirements
- Active RN license — Georgia (GA) or Compact license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Experience in a high-volume, large-scale Level 1 trauma center is required — candidates with experience limited to small or low-volume hospitals will not be considered
- Demonstrated competency in neuro and vascular OR procedures (high skills checklist rating required)
- Proficiency with Outlook, Workday, and Shift Wizard, and access to a device capable of running these applications
