Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a night shift position requiring ARDMS certification with AB or OB/GYN specialty and at least 1 year of experience.

Details

General ultrasound setting within a hospital system
Night shift schedule of either 3x12s (5:00 PM–5:30 AM) or 3x10s (5:00 PM–3:30 AM) — candidate's choice
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts
2–3 on-call shifts per month required
Epic EMR experience required
Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of ultrasound experience
Current BLS and ARDMS certification required
ARDMS AB or ARDMS OB/GYN specialty certification required (one or the other, not both)
Active Epic EMR proficiency required
License required if applicable
Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Former permanent employees of this facility system must have been separated for at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Permanent employees of other Providence (non-Swedish) facilities are eligible for a travel contract after a 3-month separation
Active compact licenses are honored at all Swedish facilities
Minimal RTO is expected for this position
Candidates must disclose any prior work history at a Providence facility, including location and dates
