Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a night shift position requiring ARDMS certification and at least 1 year of experience.
Details
- Night shift schedule with traveler's choice of 3x12-hour shifts (5:00 PM–5:30 AM) or 3x10-hour shifts (5:00 PM–3:30 AM)
- Shifts are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- 2–3 on-call shifts per month required
- Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of ultrasound/sonography experience
- Active BLS and ARDMS certification required
- ARDMS AB or ARDMS OB/GYN specialty certification required (one or the other, not both)
- Epic EMR experience required
- License required if applicable
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Former permanent staff of a Providence facility must have been separated for at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and cannot reside within 50 miles of the submitting facility
- Candidates who were permanent employees at a non-Swedish Providence facility may be eligible for a travel contract after a 3-month separation period
- Refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in termination of the assignment
- Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this position
