Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU position in Farmington, NM, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience and an active NM or Compact RN license.

Pros
Unit is comprised of many travelers. Core staff and travelers have all been fantastic! The unit is set up quite well to manage the surges of patients. It is the only main hospital around so it can definitely provide good experience. Most of the providers I've encountered over the last couple months actually listen to the nurses and are easy to work with.
Cons
It is definitely busy before the size of the town. I can't say I have any other cons.
