Description
American Traveler is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab RN with at least 1 year of recent Cath Lab acute care experience for a 13-week travel assignment requiring a Colorado or compact RN license.
Details
- 3-room Cardiac Catheterization and EP Lab, no interventional radiology or structural heart program
- 10 FT staff on the unit
- Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Call required Monday through Friday and weekends, averaging 8-10 call days per month
- Call team consists of 3 people (1 tech/2 RNs or 2 RNs/1 tech depending on staffing)
- Uses Meditech and MacLab EMR systems
- Performs coronary and peripheral angiograms, interventions, and device implants
Requirements
- Active CO or compact RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of current Cath Lab hospital acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Electrophysiology experience preferred
- Coronary and peripheral experience preferred
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- Easy-going and flexible personality preferred, with willingness to take call
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
