Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Inpatient Rehab position in Marquette, MI, working night shifts with a minimum of 2 years of experience and basic Med/Surg skills required.

Details

Inpatient Rehab unit located on the 7th floor of a 225-bed specialty care hospital in Marquette, MI
16-bed unit serving an adult patient population
Patient ratio of 6:1
Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Every other weekend required
No on-call requirements
Floating required to Neuro/Ortho/Peds, Med/Surg, and Cardiac units
EMR: Pinpoint

Requirements

Active MI RN license required
AHA certifications required (BLS at minimum)
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
Basic Med/Surg skills required
Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
Candidate's permanent address must be 60 or more miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates and eligibility

Additional Information

The hospital offers a broad range of specialty services including Heart & Vascular, Cancer Care, Brain & Spine, Behavioral Health, and more
Orientation is held bi-weekly
Navy blue scrubs required
Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
13-week contract

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first travel assignment. American Traveler has made the entire process feel easy from start to finish.
