Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 26-week outpatient travel assignment in Avondale, AZ with ATI Physical Therapy.

Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
AM shift, 8 hours per day
Uses InSync EMR

Requirements

Active PT license required; compact license acceptable at start, but full Arizona state license must be obtained during the assignment
1 professional reference required for consideration
SSN required for consideration
License required if applicable

Additional Information

Candidates who previously worked at this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before returning as a traveler
