Description
American Traveler is looking for an outpatient Physical Therapist to work a long-term assignment in Phoenix, AZ.

- : 8-hour AM shifts, 5x8s totaling 40 hours per week
- No on-call requirements
- Uses InSync EMR
Requirements
- License required if applicable
- Compact license accepted to start, but full state license must be obtained while on assignment
- Experience in the outpatient setting required
- One professional reference required
- SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Equipment details will be provided during the interview
- Parking and dress code information will be shared on the first day
- Lunch break is auto-deducted if clinician does not clock out
- Candidates previously employed by the facility on a PRN or permanent basis must have a one-year separation before returning as a traveler
