Description

American Traveler is hiring a MRI Technologist with at least 24 months of experience and required proficiency in both Siemens and GE MRI equipment for a hospital-based travel assignment with on-call responsibilities.

Details

• Hospital-based setting serving ED, inpatient, and outpatient populations
• Siemens and GE MRI equipment used
• Power injection contrast injections are performed
• Epic (Epic Radiant) EMR — experience required
• Monday–Friday, 7:00–8:00 AM start with 3:30–4:30 PM end, 40 hours per week
• On-call requirement: one weeknight (Sun–Thurs) and one weekend (Fri–Sat) every 10th weekend
• Holiday rotation required — travelers are expected to work 1–2 of the upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
• May be required to float across multiple campuses

Requirements

• Minimum 24 months of MRI experience required
• ARRT (R)(MR) or ARMRIT certification required
• Strong proficiency with both Siemens and GE MRI equipment required
• Epic or Epic Radiant EMR experience required
• Level II Trauma experience required; Level I Trauma experience highly preferred
• Active state license required, if applicable
• Active certifications at time of consideration — pending certifications will not be accepted
• Driver's license required
• One supervisory performance evaluation or reference from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Travel experience preferred

• Charcoal gray scrubs required
• Candidates who were employed by the facility within the past 12 months may not be eligible for consideration
• RTO is limited to 1 day during the Thanksgiving week (11/26–11/30) and the winter holiday period (12/23–1/2), regardless of holidays worked
